One site you may want to search is Thumbtack. This website has so many profiles of experienced housekeepers with reviews in my area; so it may be the same for you. I love that I can see how many reviews each housekeeper has and learn a bit more about them on their profiles.
You can even view how many times they have actually been hired on Thumback. This helps a lot being that these days businesses and service providers can just have their friend or relative post a review for them...which could be misleading. Don't forget about Thumbtack for other tasks you may need completed as well such as event planning or even painting.
Another place you can search for local housekeepers would be on Care.com. They are not just for baby-sitters and nannies. You can book, pay, and read reviews of housekeepers; all in one place. Super convenient.
