Family Friendly Places to eat in the Oklahoma City metro area

Yo Pablo! has a few locations in the Oklahoma City metro area; including Norman. I have visited the Ollie location a couple of times and the staff was nice! I liked the food also. There is a back patio area when weather is decent and summer months there is a live band and a more grown-up crowd in the evenings. I have yet to visit when there is live music but hope to soon on a moms night out or so. Taco Tuesdays are great days to visit!

Louies Grill & Bar has plenty of metro locations but our favorite is the Louie's on the Lake location overlooking Lake Hefner. It is in view of the pretty lighthouse and pretty around sunset. In the warmer months children and pets enjoying playing out on the patio since there is a grassier open area with picnic tables.

Hatch is great for brunch; my son loves pancakes! I felt their service was incredible when we visited. My son actually ate most of his meal. He usually just rushes to leave restaurants due to being bored...or not being to impressed with the meals. This is the one I liked the most on this list possibly. 

I had an omelet and devoured it pretty fast! You can get pineapple mimosas too...mmmm! There is more than one location but the one we visited was in Chisholm Creek in North Oklahoma City. It is a shopping center looking building with a few other awesome family-friendly eateries. 

You are going to definitely want to make a reservation before visiting Cafe Kacao as they get super busy! Everyone should check it out at least once for brunch. The service was excellent when I visited and the restaurant has great reviews.

Jo's Famous Pizza was a great find! We tried the Edmond location; the children can play with pizza dough while they wait on their order. I noticed this pizza restaurant also offers fundraising options for organizations. There is no cocktail or drink menu so I think it is perfect to trust your teens to go for outings with their friends.

Chicken N Pickle is such a great concept. There are pickle ball courts, it is pet-friendly and there is a zero proof menu on the cocktail list. My son loved playing with the outdoor games. I liked the options on the menu as well; I did not think it was too pricey.
